At Aeqium we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and we value our customers' satisfaction. If for any reason you need to return your purchase, you will have 30 days from receipt of the order to return it. Shipping costs related to the return of goods are the sole responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the reason for return is related to an error attributable to Aeqium. In addition, all items must be returned new, unused, unopened and with all security seals still attached.

The refund of the invoiced price of the returned items will be made by crediting the same method with which the payment was made, within 14 days of receipt of the return.
Items returned incomplete, worn, damaged or soiled for reasons attributable to the Customer will not be refunded and will not give rise, under any circumstances, to the recognition of a credit equal to the price of the item originally ordered.
