At Aeqium we take pride in the quality of our products and we value our customers' satisfaction. Should you need to return your purchase, you will have 30 days from receipt of your order to return it. Shipping costs related to the return of goods are borne by the customer, except in cases where the reason for return is related to an error attributable to Aeqium. Please also note that all items must be returned new, unused, unopened and with all security seals still in place.

We will credit you with the return amount within 14 days of receipt of the return.
Items returned incomplete, used, damaged or soiled for reasons attributable to the customer will not be refunded.
